From first enquiry to a paid invoice
Nothing is ordered or paid on this website. Every project moves through the same short sequence, so you know what to expect at each stage. You can stop after any step without obligation, and we confirm each decision in writing.
Send an enquiry
Use the form on the contact page, or write or telephone. Describe the programme, the dates, the location and how it will be delivered. A few lines are enough to begin, and we will ask for anything further that we need.
What you leave withA clear first brief that we have both read and understood
Talk through the scope
We reply with questions about crew, equipment, venue and delivery, and may suggest a site visit for location work. This is where we agree what is included and which parts you will supply yourself.
What you leave withAn agreed scope and a list of open questions closed
Receive a written quotation
We send a quotation or written confirmation setting out the work, the crew, the dates, the price and anything that could change the total. Take the time you need to read it and come back with changes.
What you leave withA written quotation stating price, inclusions and conditions
Accept and confirm the booking
Once you accept in writing, we reserve the crew and equipment for your dates and share a run sheet or planning notes. Changes after this point are made in writing, with any effect on cost stated.
What you leave withA confirmed booking with dates and a named crew
Pay the invoice by bank transfer
We issue an invoice with the amount, a payment reference and the due date, and you pay by bank transfer. Cancellations and refunds follow the payment and refund policy, which explains what applies at each stage.
What you leave withA paid invoice and a receipt for your records
