Our Work
Studio days, live galleries and interview sessions
These scenes show the kind of work our crews do in studios and on location. Each reflects a decision about cameras, light or sound that suited the programme in front of us.
-
Multi-camera studio discussion programme
Three pedestal cameras were framed for a panel format with a fixed running order. Shot sizes were marked on the floor in advance so the director could cut quickly between speakers.
-
Overhead lighting plan for a presenter set
A grid of overhead lamps balanced key and fill for a single presenter position. Colour temperature was matched across fixtures so skin tones held steady between cameras.
-
Live event gallery operation
A compact gallery handled vision mixing, replay and talkback for a one-day event broadcast. Roles were rehearsed beforehand so the crew worked calmly once the feed went live.
-
Audio mixing for a recorded panel
Lavalier and boom microphones were combined on a small console, with the engineer monitoring each channel separately. Clean, even levels made the edit straightforward afterwards.
-
Interview studio session
A single camera, soft key light and plain backdrop were set up for a seated interview. The framing was kept simple so attention stayed on the speaker.
-
Edit suite handover
Recorded material was ingested, named and checked in an edit suite before delivery. A short note on formats and graphics went with the files so editors could start without questions.
